Questions?

Wait, so the ceremony is on Friday and the reception is on Saturday?

That's right. We know this isn't typical so we tried to highlight that on this website to clarify.

The ceremony will be held on Friday with a private dinner following. We would love if our guests used this time to get dinner somewhere downtown, then met us after at the welcome party!

So what do we do on Saturday before the reception?

This is totally up to you. We wanted to give our guests the freedom to explore Charleston for the weekend.

However, if you want to see us, we will be spending some time at Edmund's Oast. Come pop by!

Will there be transportation to the ceremony?

There will not be transportation provided to the ceremony.

It is downtown, so parking will be tricky. You might get lucky with street parking on Broad or Meeting, but we recommend Ubering.

Will there be transportation to the reception?

As we don't have a singular pick-up point, there will not be transportaion provided.

We recommend Ubering but if you need to drive, Cannon Green has 15 parking spots at 216 Rutledge.

What is the dress code?

For the reception at Cannon Green - the attire is garden party formal. Women - long dresses; Men - button downs and blazers, tie optional

For the ceremony - St Michael's is a traditional church, so please wear something semi-formal and appropriate.

Are kids allowed to join for the reception?

While we love your kids, unfortunately this is a kids-free reception! They are welcome to come to the ceremony on Friday though!

Anything else we need to know?

If you can't find something on the site, please text us. We're very happy to help, and are so excited to see everyone!
